Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and order size. Rates are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Orders are delivered using reliable courier services. Processing takes up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at this time.
Please be aware that W Women Wellness cannot guarantee specific delivery times as there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
However, we make every effort to ship orders within three (3) business day (Monday – Friday).
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days for West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia. Some areas may require 7–10 days. In some cases, the delivery time may be faster, while in others, it may take slightly longer depending on your address (approximately 7-10 days).
Note: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the parcel, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
