Refund & Returns Policy

• If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and guide you through the process.
• Do not dispose of any damaged items before contacting us.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • If the same item is in stock, we will arrange a replacement.
  • If not, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• We will notify you via WhatsApp or email regarding the status of your refund.

Note: Please allow some time for the refund process. Actual refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. We do not provide cash refunds or transfer to third-party accounts. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
